Noob Incremental Rune Tier List
S
Legendary Rune (any stat)
4.00× base, +0.30/level. At Lv.50 reaches 18.70× — the single strongest multiplier in Noob Incremental. Max level immediately.
A
Epic Rune (Oof multiplier)
2.50× base, scales to 11.32× at Lv.50. Best rune for pure Oof production until you pull Legendary.
Rare Rune (Oof multiplier)
1.80× base. With Rune Synergy upgrades, a leveled Rare Oof rune can carry you through Layer 2–3.
B
Epic Rune (speed/luck)
Good utility but lower Oof impact than multiplier runes. Keep for Ticket farming sessions.
Uncommon Rune (Oof multiplier)
1.30× base. Acceptable placeholder until you roll Rare+. Level to ~10 then replace.
C
Common Rune (any)
1.10× base with poor scaling. Sell immediately for Enchant Tokens. Not worth leveling past Lv.5.
Uncommon Rune (non-Oof)
Minimal impact on production. Sell for Enchant Tokens unless you have zero other options.

Click Power
Cheapest upgrade (50 Oof) with 1.2× per level. Best ROI in early game. Rush to Lv.5 after every prestige.
Noob Production
1.5× per level at 100 Oof base. Foundation of all passive income in Noob Incremental. Highest ROI at most levels.
Layer Gate
3.0× multiplier per purchase. Highest single-level effect but extremely expensive (10,000 Oof, 4.0× scaling). Buy only when ready to prestige.
A
Oof Multiplier
2.0× per level but 2.2× cost scaling. Becomes the best upgrade once production is maxed. Pairs with Rune Synergy for exponential scaling.
Rune Synergy
1.8× per level. Multiplies ALL equipped runes. Critical once you have Rare+ runes — transforms B-tier runes into A-tier.
Noob Speed
1.4× per level for passive income rate. Essential for idle play and overnight progression.
B
Auto Buy Noobs
1.3× per level, 2.5× scaling. Quality-of-life upgrade for idle play. Low priority in active sessions.
Ticket Luck
1.1× per level, 2.8× scaling. Low immediate ROI but compounds over hundreds of Rune rolls. Buy before bulk rolling.

Click Power → Noob Production → Oof Multiplier. Maximizes Oof/sec in the fastest time possible.

Rune Bottleneck Route
When progress stalls, focus runes that address your current wall — Oof multiplier for income, speed for idle, luck for farming.
Prestige Readiness
Max all cheap upgrades → accumulate Noobs → roll runes → prestige at 2.0×+ Layer Bonus.
